Water vedute: Ptuj, 24th of April 2014.

We crossed the bridge over Drava several times. Somewhere from its half, a view of full panorama of Ptuj opens. I pause to photograph it. It is winter. Pretty cold, I am shivering slightly. I remembered Issa's haiku so I recite it to the company, which is also freezing.

Primož and I first discussed physics that we will publish three years later in Ptuj. >> Soft disks in contact. Fancy spa hotel. It is where Slovenian national handball and soccer teams come to rest and prepare.

One has no time to see anything at these conferences. When it was all over, I go with Primož and his students to visit Ptuj castle, and then to town for a cup of coffee. And then to Zagreb. December 2010.

On 14th of September 2013 I return to Ptuj. After Čakovec. Washed, blue, totally blue sky above red roofs of Ptuj. One can see bridges over Drava and Ptuj lake. Our car is parked below one of the bridges. The evening descended. I watch down the bridge towards the other bank. Light is pink.
